To be eligible in this criteria you must have a combination of one or two of the following qualification skills and experience;


  • Cert III and minimum 2 years experience in Administration or Reception duties

  • Cert IV Business Administration and minimum 2 years experience in General Administration Duties

  • Diploma of Business and Administration

  • Diploma of Business

  • Or 5 years solid experience in Administration and sound knowledge of  invoicing

  • Fluent in oral and written english

  • Excellent in Customer Service and Telephone manners.

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise work

  • Ability to work alone or with the team.

This business is providing an opportunity to an administration assistant to join the team base in Manila Philippines.



Reporting to the CEO, as an administration assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, screening and directing phone calls as well as responding to general phone enquiries

  • Supporting the branch with all administration functions including database management, data entry, and E-filing duties

  • Financial processing, including credit card transactions and reconciliation for all E-Commerce

  • Meeting set up and preparation including agendas and minute taking

  • Assisting with project administration



To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience within an administration position previously, ideally within a similar role. The successful applicant will show strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and enthusiasm. You will demonstrate a proficiency in data entry as well as demonstrating an in depth knowledge of Microsoft suite, in particular Excel. With a proactive and personable approach, you will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to successfully meet the changing needs of the business.
